Yes. A sick note will be issued. As a rule, you will be unable to work for two weeks. However, the exact duration depends on the occupational activity and the healing process, among other things. This is not a sick note issued by an association of statutory health insurance physicians, as we are not licensed as panel doctors under the statutory German health insurance scheme. You must clarify in advance with your employer whether they will recognise it. If not, you will have to take leave.
