Step 1: Pit the avocados and blend with the remaining ingredients until soft. Season the dough to taste and refine with additional sugar or baking cocoa if desired.
Step 2: Portion the dough onto a baking tray with baking paper and smooth into biscuit shapes.
Step 3: Bake the biscuits for approx. 15 minutes (top/bottom heat 180°C or fan oven 160°C) until they are slightly firm on the outside.
Step 4: Cool and enjoy!
