Our coconut porridge is quick to make, tastes delicious and keeps you full for a long time. In addition, it provides important nutrients. The flax seeds are super suppliers of fiber and rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which keeps the heart and blood vessels fit and promotes concentration. The warm ketogenic breakfast is the perfect start to your day! With our recipe, you’ll be able to prepare it in no time.
For 2 servings:
– 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds
– 300 ml coconut milk
– cinnamon
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 4 tbsp. soy flour
– 2 tbsp peeled hemp seeds
– 40g blueberries
– 2 tbsp coconut chips
Step 1: Put the coconut milk in a saucepan with the flax seeds, soy flour and butter and cook for 7-10 minutes until you get a porridge-like consistency. Add a little water if needed.
Step 2: Divide the porridge between two bowls and sprinkle with hemp seeds, blueberries and coconut flakes.
