Low carb classic style tarte flambée

A delicious lunch that satiates despite few calories.

Ingredients

  • 120 g curd
  • 2 eggs size M
  • 160 g grated light cheese
  • 100 g crème fraîche
  • 2 spring onions, cut into small rolls
  • 60 g raw ham cubes lean
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt and black pepper

Preparation

Step 1:
Preheat the oven temperature to 170 °C top/bottom heat.

Step 2:
Flammkuchen base: Mix the eggs, cottage cheese and 80 g of the cheese in a bowl. Spread the resulting mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and smooth it out.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Step 3:
Meanwhile, put crème fraîche in a bowl and season with a little salt and pepper and add a clove of pressed garlic and mix.

Step 4:
After 15 minutes, remove the base from the oven. Spread the cake base with the seasoned crème fraîche and sprinkle with the sliced spring onions, the cubes of raw ham and the remaining cheese.
Then bake in the oven for another 15 – 20 minutes until the cheese has a nice golden color.
