You want to have a sweet tooth without having a guilty conscience afterwards? Then this recipe for our sugar-free applesauce muffins is perfect for you. With only 4 ingredients, you can bake a snack in no time, which also tastes good without the addition of sugar.
For 12 muffins:
– 220 g ground almonds
– 200 g sugar-free applesauce
– 5 eggs
– ½ tsp cinnamon
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.
Step 2: Mix the eggs with the applesauce. Then fold in the ground almonds and the cinnamon.
Step 3: Finally, divide the batter among 12 muffin cups and bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
